Nachiket Kulkarni (View C.V | View Bio)

Nachiket has a masters in Industrial Management and a Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He also holds a graduate certificate in public policy from The Takshashila Institution. He previously worked at Intel Corporation, California as a Business Operations Analyst. After volunteering initiatives at Association for India’s Development (AID) and International Rescue Committee (IRC), he transitioned into the world of economic development. In the development sector, Nachiket has worked in micro-enterprise development in rural Uttar Pradesh, and later as a fellow at Villgro, India’s leading social enterprise incubator. At Villgro, he helped develop metrics for measuring impact of social enterprises and contributed to research on regional social entrepreneurship ecosystems in India's tier 2 towns. During this journey, he has developed a keen interest in the lives and businesses of street vendors and also in related development topics like decentralized energy dissemination, financial inclusion and SME ecosystems.
